KRAP News at Eleven, or just KRAP News for short, was created by cousins Steve "the Pocket" Puckett and Basement Gamer probably sometime in 2005. It debuted online on July 7, 2006 and was first made available on PorpleMontage on August 25, 2006. The series is ostensibly a collection of broadcasts of a local news team.

Origin
Steve Puckett says the inspiration to create his own Flash series was the popular Web cartoon Homestar Runner. It was his cousin, Basment Gamer, who had the idea to make it about a TV show, although in its original form it was known as "Dumb Stuff You Can't Believe We Put on TV." It soon evolved into its current form.
Characters
All of the series's characters so far are voiced by Steve Puckett.
KRAP News staff
- Rex Stangle, the anchorman, tends to play the straight man. Often exasperated by his coworkers' incompetence, he tries to get by as best he can. His voice and head shape, according to Puckett, are based on caricatures of former Presidential candidate John Kerry.
- Kent Stark is KRAP News's roving reporter.
- Jenny is ostensibly the staff meteorologist, but she has yet to actually make an appearance.
- Len Martin is the station's high-strung sports reporter.
Interviewees
- Some Nerd was interviewed in episode two, "Antitrust", about his opinion on a certain software company's anticompetitive practices.
- Local Lunatic was interviewed regarding his claim of having been abducted by aliens in episode three, "Bad Sports".
- Hi Scoreman, third baseman for the Podunk Strikers, was also interviewed in "Bad Sports" about allegations he had been using anabolic steroids.
- A Student? was asked in "Campus Crashers" what was the cause of the riot at his college. He responded with a string of drug-addled nonsense. He made a brief reappearance in "Drug Money".
- The Chief of Police was asked in "Campus Crashers" about his department's failure to respond to the riot in a timely manner.
- Phar McColligy, an employee of pharmaceutical company QuaxoMedica, was asked about the suspected side effects of their product Pluramex in "Drug Money."
- Dylan Burgers, a McDonald's server, commented on the contrast between McDonald's' food and tobacco in "Drug Money."
- Tex Targram, a tobacco executive of some kind, responded with his take on fast food's addictiveness and contrasted nicotine with cocaine.
- An anonymous cocaine dealer responded to this in turn, claiming his customers to be "satisfied with their lifestyles."
